Sorry, not 250 files, it's 620 files, 441 GB
So, as all my movie files are stored in seperate folders I'm having to go through and scan 460 folders one by one. Why can't I select say 20 at a time and then another 20 and another 20? It's now getting up to 120 files before crashing but then everything imported is junked. Why can't it save what its already done?
Does it crash in the same folder? What sort of files are contained in that folder?
If you wish, we can look after this issue through support, if you send a message to support@conceiva.com, I'll be able to respond more promptly.
If it's the same folder, then maybe you can move it temporarily to some other location, import the rest in one go (the whole drive) and then move it back.
