Trailers not streaming

I have enabled trailer add on. Trailers are populated to the main menu. But when attempting to stream, i receive the following error in the logs. Any thoughts?

The trailer addon relies upon the youtube-dl plugin which is used by the media extractor in Mezzmo. The youtube-dl plugin is a community supported project which has not been updated in a while so it is unable to resolve the youtube URL to a video content URL.

I am not sure which Mezzmo client you are using and your exact setup but I do support the Mezzmo Trailer Checker tool which allows you to download You Tube trailers, host them locally and it populates the Mezzmo database for client playback. The support forum is here and there is a Wiki support page.
