ROku app on Samusung TV

I am scratching my head trying to install Mezzmo app on a friend's Samsung TV. I have followed below instructions without success. Is the developer server still functioning at IP 133.242.236.205?

I am not 100% sure, but I believe that they don't have a current Mezzmo app for Samsungs. I believe that they stopped developing it. That said, and DLNA compatible app should work.
