Thread: Server keeps disconnecting

  1. #1

    Default Server keeps disconnecting

I am evaluating Mezzmo and really like it so far but the media server keeps going off line after about an hour.

I have read the forum and have done all the things suggested.
My computer is set to say awake , my router pnp is off etc, tv w proper profile etc

I am running windows on an icore 7 processor w/ a samsung 7000 plasma tv and home network.(wired)

Any way to keep the server up.

    Thanks

    Tyree

This is a known problem for some users with particular home network configurations - seemingly related to particular wireless routers and/or DLNA devices. We have finally reproduced it here at the office and we are attempting to fix it now. Anyone with this problem can contact us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com for assistance. As soon as we do fix the problem, we will release a new version for all registered users.

It seems this particular problem is over after I did a chkdsk of all the disks in my server.

The services has not had any more errors since.

    Regards,

    Jacques
