Default Changed Router - and Mezzmo disapeared!

Finally I found a sofwtare which really works as advetised - great DLNA server. So the only problem I have is that old linksys router WiFi was fairly poor - so I replaced it with Dlink DIR-655. Now Wifi is great, my Samsung runs Netflix nicely - but cannot see Mezzmo at all! In fact my notebook stop seeing it as well -only sees Microsoft Media Server (my Samsung BD or TV stop seeing even that). All other network operations work -I can print for example from notebook to printer attached to PC - but cannot see Mezzmo server. What it can possibly be -I am kind of lost... Help will be greatly appreciated!

It's possible that after changing the router your IPs have changed and your firewall may be blocking everything. Try going to Media Server Settings dialog in Mezzmo and see if the Firewall button is enabled or not - if it is, click it and see if that helps. If it doesn't, please send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and we'll work it out.

Also, try re-enabling media sharing in Windows - that may clear up UPnP ports as well.

Check that the router is not blocking ports 1900 and 2869 (and your Mezzmo's port, as per the Media Server Settings dialog).

Ok, so after installing the new router your TV and BDP do not see *any* servers, including Windows Media, right? That would suggest that there's something in the router settings which is preventing UPnP traffic. Check if the router has UPnP enabled and if it does, try turning that off.
