Default Dual Video and Photos In Library

Without changing anything in my library, my Samsung TV just recently started displaying two Video and two Photos folders in the media player. Also, in the Mezzmo application I can now see two Video and two Photo folders in the right hand pane. For some reason 1 Video and 1 Photo folder have the firefox icon next to them and cannot be removed. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this?

Can you please post a screenshot of that (from Mezzmo GUI)?

Also, if you right-click on both of those and do the Properties, what do you get?

If I click on properties on either the Videos or Photos with the FireFox icon the program crashes every time. Here is the screenshot:

Very interesting Can you please zip up and send in the Mezzmo.db file to support (at) conceiva (dot) com - you appear to have a corrupted database and I'd like to see what happened. That file will be located in your personal folder, depending on your OS (e.g. on Windows 7 it's C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Conceiva\Mezzmo)
