Default Linked Playlists and Automatic Import of new video clips into Library

    Dear Mezzmo-Team,

I am evaluating Mezzmo right now and am close to a buying decision.

    Two questions need your advice:

    (1) I have tried to import my WMP11 playlists by creating Linked Playlists in Mezzmo for each WMP11 Playlist. The Mezzmo UI shows everything worked fine but my two Video Streamers (Pinnacle Showcenter 200 and a recent Samsung LED TV (UE40 c 8790) are not show any video clips in the Mezzmo Linked Playlists. the Playlist itself appears but is empty.

    (2) I would like Mezzmo to import new video clips automatically as and when they are added to the search folders. As far as I got it needs a manual start of the scan of the folders and the scan takes quite while.
Ist there a way to make Mezzmo scan its defined folders for changes on a continuous basis. WMP 11 and WMP12 do that but these tools are definitely worse than Mezzmo in many aspects.
Edited by BF on Jan 20: Question is answered by FAQ's. 'Add Folders' do exactly what I was looking for.

    Best regards
    Bernhard Fischer

Ok, since the files appear in Mezzmo, there must be something wrong in delivering them to the device. Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then browse one of those playlists on your device and once no files come up, stop the server and send us the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com
