Thread: steaming stops

    Default steaming stops

    Hello,

I was having an issue with stuttering and an issue with a video just stopping at the same point over and over. I've upgraded to a N router, but I still have the issue of a movie just stoping at the exact same point every time.

I can not fast forward past this point. If I watch the movie on my pc, it does not have any issues.

I have sent an email in regarding this issue along with a log file. I have not heard anything back yet. But I just wanted to know if anyone else had this issue.

    Any ideas?

I have the exact same issue. I'm using a WD TV Live to view content that always played fine before upgrading to 2.1.13 two days ago. I sent tech support an email early this morning too, but haven't heard back.

    Thanks,
    John

Having a similar kind of issue. After about a day the server just disappears from devices. Have to stop and restart it to get them to show up.

Thanks for the logs - we'll investigate and get back via e-mail. We do not work on the weekends, so that's why there have been no responses yet, but we're back in the office now and are processing support requests.

So far it hasn't happened for me again. I have logging on.. Hoping to catch it.. or maybe it left for good.

I did a restart of the computer running Mezzmo - that did the trick :-) It is now running smooth again, and I just hope this was a single incident.

A restart hasn't helped in my situation and the problem is gotton to the point where any film i try to play is their suddenly 'not supported' or stops randomly.

Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then try playing one of those films and once it aborts, stop the server and send us the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com - we'd really like to replicate and fix this issue here. I think it's different to the one that .13 fixed, but we can't reproduce any of those streaming abruptions here yet...
