    Default Reverting To Previous Versions

I have just recently updated my version to 2.1.13. However, as soon as I did this, none of my MKV files will stream. This was NOT a problem with 2.1.12.

Is there anyway that I can re-download v2.1.12?

    Thanks,

    bewsy.

No, we'd rather not revert back to previous versions, but fix issues in the current one and make it work for the future. Can you please tell me which device and device profile you are using?

    Dennis,

I'm viewing with a Samsung PN58B850, using the Samsung B (and have also used the Samsung C) profile.

    Thanks,

    Mike.

As well, a by product of attempting to view these .mkv files that used to work, is that network access to the media server PC crashes, and requires a power cycle to recover.

Below is the FFmpeg Information for one of the files in question:

This file will need to be transcoded in both Samsung B and C profiles. It's possible that transcoding is failing. Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then try to play that file again and once it fails, stop the server and send all logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com - we'll see what's happening then.

It appears that the Samsung BDP profile works. I'm not sure if there is any reason that I shouldn't just use that profile instead. However for now, I guess I will.

The BDP profile will let that file through without transcoding. If the profile works better for you, then just use that one. Please let me know if there're any issues with that profile and the TV.
