Thread: Cannot View JPEGS and some AVI's - Panasonic TXP50GBA

Default Cannot View JPEGS and some AVI's - Panasonic TXP50GBA

Presently using 14 day trial. Mezzmo does everything I need (almost) including seamlessly playing .mkv files with no issues. However I am having issues viewing some most of my camera pictures. It appears to display those that have been cropped or resized but not the unaltered ones. These are about 3-4mb.

As I mentioned it seems to play most mkv files with no issues but quite a few avi's wont play.

    Spec:
    Vista x64
    AMD Phenom II X6 1055T 2.8GHz
    4GB RAM
    ATI HD5870 1GB

    TV: Panasonic TX-P50GBA
Netgear N600 Wireless USB adapter (WNDA3100)

I would really like to purchase the product, but at the moment it isn't fully functioning for me, are you able to assist?

Below is the FFmpeg info first for a working photo, then a non working photo, then a working avi then a non working avi.

Unfortunately I can't now seem to see those in library either

Can you please send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com - we've got an updated device profile for the Panasonic TVs that may work better for you.

With the AVIs you've posted - it's possible that the second one has some encoding techniques that the TV doesn't support. Can you please post MediaInfo on those two files as well, as that may show us more information on the internals of the video stream.

Thank you for the prompt response. I have also emailed the info to Support. I would also really like to view my JPEGs also. Hopefully you can help.

I have just tried playing the two avi files from an SD card slotted into the TV and they both work without issue.

Thanks for the MediaInfo. I'm not seeing really any significant difference between the files, so not sure why one plays and the other doesn't. Would it be possible for you to send the files to us as well?

That's a shame. I'm sorry the files are too large for me to email across.

We could use a service like www.megaupload.com to exchange those files (if you could upload them there, we'll download them here).
