Hi lads, been using your software for a few months now and have started to run into some issues with larger mkv files stuttering. Not an issue with cpu/disk/network and have tried lowering the playback settings without any luck. I can run high playback settings on all movies under 8gb in size without issues.

The second issue is using the menu buttons, with the xbox, the fastforward and rewind options are not available. Is there anything I can do to to the files specifically to fix that or is it a software/device limitation?

FFD info on the file I am having an issue with:

The final question is related to subtitles, I have non-hardcoded subs which work fine when selected through players like VLC, is there any way to get non-hardcoded subs to transcode to a xbox?

thanks
