    Default Video_TS files

    Hi!,
    I just downloaded a trial version of Mezzmo.I have DVD fab platinum and ripped a dvd on an external harddrive.The Mezzmo seems to import the files but ther is no picture and obviously cannot play them.The fist time I tried it I used the clonning feature of DVD fab and had a video _ TS file.So I tried to rip the dvd using coversion to PS3 file format but again no go.Are there special file type that are supported by Mezzmo?
    I am using XP home with an Intel 1.6 processor and Ig of ram.Thanks

    The currently released version of Mezzmo has limited support for TS files. Try renaming the extension to .m2ts and see if that helps. You are welcome to send a message to support@conceiva.com to continue resolving this issue if renaming doesn't help.
