Default Problem Deleting Files After Watching

I have windows 7 pc and latest mezzmo edition. I use a public video folder to store all torrent downloads and then use the mezzmo page (insert/ scan drive/ set for the pubic folder) to add downloaded torrents to the mezzmo app.

At times it gives me a message that " you are not able to delete that file as it is open in Mezzmo" when the file has first been deleted from Mezzmo and is not open or even present there.

I would like to know how I can delete these files from the public folder I use to store torrents I import into Mezzmo when such messages occur.

I make sure that the files are truly deleted and that the trash is empty and the file even on search is not present in any other part of mezzmo before getting this message that I can not delete the file until it is closed in mezzmo.

    Any help appreciated

    Dr Steve

The file could be locked by transcoding (active or background). Try this: open up the Transcoding Settings dialog and then click the "Stop All Current Transcoding" button. After that give it a few seconds and try to delete the file again. Another way to do this is to stop the server - that'll stop all transcoding and release all files as well.

    Had the same Problem.

To delete the file simply stop the media server. Right mousebutton on the Trayicon and select stop server. After that u can do what u want with the file

If this didnt work u can also stop mezzmo itself...
