Ok, can you please try the "Samsung B" device profile and see if that works better - it'll encode differently, so may be a better match for the TV.

Still doesn't work with the B profile however it pops up with a file length when it starts to play, even though it is incorrect (says its about 800 hours), then it just drops and goes on to the next file.
With Samsung B it may be too slow to transcode for smooth playback (would need logs to see if that's the case or not).
One more possible issue (with the "C" profile) is with the frame rates. Can you try converting that file to a different frame rate and see if that helps?

Any recommendation for what to use to do that? Will tsmuxer work?
I'm not sure if tsmuxer will work - you'll need to fully recode the video stream, not just remux it. I don't have any particular recommendations, but it's possible to just use FFmpeg for that (or an FFmpeg GUI, if you're not sure about the command line version).
