Default LG 55LD650 no device profile

    Hello,

I am currently trying out Mezzmo with a LG 55LD650 and having issues playing video. Currently there are no LG device profile that work with this TV. Could someone please give me a link to one that works for this model?

The "WDTVLive" device profile works with the AVI fines but the mkv get no audio. While using "SonyHT-PAL-NoDivX", I can get MKV no issues but AVI do not work.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Please try Samsung C or Samsung BDP and see if that works better. Let me know how that goes.

    avitest1 - work 100%
mkvtest1 - works but no sound (invalid sound)
    mkvtest2 - work 100%
    "SonyHT-PAL-NoDivX"
    avitest1 - invalid file
    mkvtest1 - work 100%
    mkvtest2 - work 100%
    "SonyHT-PAL"
    avitest1 - work 100%
    mkvtest1 - invalid file
    mkvtest2 - invalid file

Thank for the results. Is transcoding turned on or off? The "mkvtest1" file has a DTS audio stream that doesn't appear to be supported by the TV, thus the file has to be transcoded. If transcoding is on, can you please send logs of you trying to play that file to support so that we could check what's happening?
