What is the FFmpeg information on one of the files that is not playing? In Mezzmo, right-click on the file and click "Get FFmpeg Information". Copy and paste it into an email and send it to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. Also, include details of the TV model you have and the device profile selected for it in Mezzmo.
