Larger JPEGs Don't Always Render Completely

Hi, getting on just great with Mezzmo & Sony BDP-S370. Only issue I have is displaying larger size JPEGs. No issue will smaller files but when I am displaying pics of
3000 x 4000 and c. 3Mb then maybe 1 in 3 or 4x the image does not render completely and around 75% of the screen is a psychedelic style pattern. I can refresh the image and it will probably be ok next time. This happens whether the display is operating on a manual advance or slideshow option.

Device is connected via Ethernet from ADSL router. Connection is set in Mezzmo to be 100Mb.

No playback issues for video or music.

Anyone recognise this?

We have not seen this problem before. Can you send us one of your large JPEGs to support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll test it here on our Sony BDP as well. We may need to tweak the Sony BDP device profiles. In your email, let us know what device profile you are using (go to Media Devices dialog to see this).
