FYI: I seem to have cured the transcoding problem by downloading the 64 bit version of ffmpeg. If anyone is interested you can get it here: http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/ - I downloaded the (Latest) from 64-bit Builds (Static), extracted the ffmpeg.exe from the archive and after renaming the existing version, copied it into the C:\Program Files (x86)\Conceiva\Mezzmo folder.
