    I can't seem to find a manual for your device - I assume it's a UE C5700 TV? What does it say as far as format support goes?

    Please also try the Samsung B device profile to see if that works better.

    I'm not sure I understand correctly - do you mean that with Samsung B device profile MKVs do not play? Is transcoding turned on or off?

    What should happen with the Samsung B device profile (and transcoding turned on) is that MKVs with various audio streams, except DTS (DCA), will play natively and MKVs with DTS sound will be transcoded.

    If selected profile is SAMSUNG C --then plays all of the MKV-s except with DTS sound (video plays fine but no audio)
    If selected profile is SAMSUNG B -- then plays MKV-s with DTS sound (video-audio ok) but half of the rest of my movies
    (played natively with Samsung PC Share) is showing "format not supported".
    Only solution that is working is always change the profile.
    this is working only with selected profile C

    Maybe PROBLEM SOLVED after 3 days of work !
    For a freeware software is ok, but for a 20 euros sofware is not OK
    I really considering to buy this software, now i'm not sure

    manually edited the SamsungLA.prf file
    deleted
    "<audio>
    <format id="dca" encode="0">
    </format>
    </audio>"
    now seems to be okay.
    with Samsung C profile selected

    Now testing for 2 weeks !

    I'm glad you worked it out - we do provide a lot of support, but with the multitude of devices and formats out there, it's not always easy to pin-point issues. We always get there in the end though (in most cases)
