Good afternoon
Has anyone had the experience of creating a DLNA server that supports multiple simultaneous streams? Something around 20.
Does anyone know what the hardware needed to create this server?
Thanks

If those streams are native (no transcoding is required), then in theory you could stream roughly 12-15 streams on one 1Gb network card (depending on video content). You'd need a couple of network cards to stream 20 and at least a quad-core CPU as well. Our general testing here is around 5-6 simultaneous streams and that works fine.
