Default Deleted library items still counted?

I have deleted the "Music" folders within Mezzmo so that they will no longer sync with Mezzmo. However, when I look at the "properties" box in the bottom left of Mezzmo it still shows that it is counting 9000 some odd music files.

Why is that and how (if possible) can I fix that?

    Thanks.

When you deleted the playlists did you check the box to remove files from the Library as well (it's not ticked by default)?

You can create a Smart playlist that lists all your music, then just go in there, select all files and delete them.

I did not, only because I did not trust that Mezzmo would not also delete them from my hard drive.

Ok, that would be the problem then.

Mezzmo does not touch the files on disk for any reason, it doesn't modify or delete them, so you can be sure they will still be there when you delete them from the library.
