Default .jpg being retrieved and being placed in music folders

I have a problem where when updating database with music only updates Mezzmo is taking .jpg and some vide files and depositing them in music year. It appears the photo has a year taken tag which it is picking up, but by the sort selected it should not be pulling .jpg and placing them in music folders. I can remvoe the year from the photos but there are a few hundred at least. Is there a remedy for this?

Can you please tell me which playlist does the photo appear in? Please right-click on the playlist in the tree, then use the Properties and post a screenshot of those properties, so that I could reproduce the playlist here and see what happens.

I will try to get it this evening. It does it in any Smart playlist where year is the criteria. When running the library maint it appears that it will pick up any picture/video with a creation year and place it in the Smart music folder. I have seen the majority of these in the 2000 and up years, but that I believe is purely because old photos had no creation dates in the tag. I tried screening these out via Smart critera in properties, but cannot get any of the defined critera to elminate the photos. Trying to play those music playlists with photos seems to wreak some havoc on the player as well, causing the famous "media not found error". It only does this on these playlists with the photos in them. I have found no quick, automatic way to elminate these photos, other than manually changing or eliminating the year in the tag.

If they're in a smart playlist then they should've been filtered out by the criteria of that playlist (at least using default playlists that come with Mezzmo). That's why I'm asking for the playlist properties to see if there's something in there that causes photos to show up.
