    I appreciate your help.

Melbourne is a good spot to visit, just remember that our seasons are reversed here when compared to the Northern hemispere

I think I'm giving up on the LG and sending it back, but I hope this helps.

Yes, thank you, it helps - the user-agent is different, thus we don't detect it properly. I'll add this new user-agent to our device profile for the next Mezzmo update.

Remember however, that when I chose LG BluRay for this device, that it would never play anything. That is scary to me. The generic worked better than the LG BluRay profile.

Yes, we may need to create a different device profile for it and we'll look into that, although look at the specs: http://www.lg.com/us/products/docume...ec%20Sheet.pdf it appears very much like the profile we already have. Perhaps there was something wrong with your particular unit?

Could be - that's the problem with a sample size of one. I am dis-satisfied enough that I am planning to send it back. It's one of those "close but no cigar" situations.

Will probably move on and get another WD Live device, and forget the blu ray (I only own two blu ray discs, and we're leaving the physical arena - that's part of what mezzmo is about).

I was having very similar issues with my LGBD670. Thought it might be something on my end but when I realized the player would have a hard time playing brand new DVDs, I returned the unit. Have a replacement coming in within 2 weeks. Will use the profile you sent over to me Dennis and will post if the behavior changes.
