Installation error: nrasxp.cva

Hello,

I have tried to install Downloadstudio but each time I get an error. Here is what it says:

Feature Program
Component: nrasxp.cva
File: C:\Documents and settings\All Users\Documents\Conceiva\
Error: Access is denied

What does this mean? What is causing it? and how can I get Downloadstudio to install?

This error is due to the all users/documents folder on your machine not being able to be accessed. It seems this is not an uncommon problem on windows XP. There is lots of information on the web how to overcome this. Here is a forum thread which discusses the problem and offers some solutions. Taking ownership of the folder seems to solve the issue.

Solving the reason why you can't access the folder will allow DownloadStudio to correctly install.
