but all the folders are empty. Does any1 know about that problem and how to solve it?

Can you please check that transcoding is turned on? What device profile are you using for it?

Mezzmo Android: Install it on your tablet, smartphone, Android TV or Amazon Fire to browse and stream files from your Mezzmo library to all your devices. Full details at http://www.conceiva.com/products/mez...mo_android.asp
Mezzmo for Kodi Add-on: Install it into Kodi to stream files from your Mezzmo library directly in Kodi. Full details at http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...odi_user_guide
Mezzmo for Roku App: Install it onto your Roku to stream files from your Mezzmo library. Full details at http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...oku_user_guide

In between Buzzplayer have supplied an update, so i can see the files now. No fault from Mezzmo, BUT:

Transcoding is on (or basically not off). I used the default Profile and also tried the PlugPlayer Profile.
Now i switched to the Alphasystems Media Link (iPad) profile, and music and videos do work.
Whats not working is Pictures, it always has a question mark before the file, so it doesnt recognize
    the format.

Since i can use Movies/Music now, i think, its just a profile problem?

Yes, sounds like it. Do you know what image formats it supports? What types of images do you have?

I've just bought BuzzPlayer HD on the iPad (as it plays HD content), but despite Mezzmo homepage saying its supported, there is no profile available to select. The other iPad app profiles don't seem to be compatible!

Some of your files on your computer may need to be pre-transcoded first before they can be streamed to your iPad. Please try this: Set the device profile to be "Media Link Player Lite (iPad)". Next, right-click on a video file that you wish to play and click 'Pre-transcode File'. In the Pre-transcode File dialog select your iPad and click Choose Formats. In the Transcoding Formats dialog, select the bolded format and click OK to start transcoding. Go to the Transcoding pane to watch its progress and wait until it is completed. Once completed, try streaming the original file to your iPad. If that does not work, let us know.
