Can you please change that extension to something else (e.g. ".ac3"), then try adding it to Mezzmo. It should work this time. Once that's done, right-click on that file in Mezzmo and paste FFmpeg information that you get here and we'll add this file extension to the next update if we can support it.

Thanks for the info, since FFmpeg can recognize the file, I'll add the .dts extension to the next Mezzmo update.

What device are you trying to play it on (where you hear the static noise)?

    Hi,

I'm novate in Mezzmo. I'm in the trial days.
I still have the following issues / questions:

    - I can not hear *.dts audio files.
    - I tried to add some playlists (m3u and pls) of my favorite radio sations. I know that are supported extensions but do not appear in the library
    - Does my Samsung tv LE40C650L must be Samsung C or other option?

    Thanks

    Hi Rui,

The 'Samsung C' device profile is correct for your TV model.

It is best we see a set of logs. Please turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo using your Samsung TV and try to list and play the DTS audio files. When they don't play or you cannot hear them, stop your Mezzmo server. Next, add your .M3U or .PLS playlist files into Mezzmo and when they do not appear in your Mezzmo library, exit Mezzmo. Zip up all your logs and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. Also, send us the .M3U and .PLS playlist files for our own testing.
