Default Samsung LN40B650T1F "File Not Supported" error

For some odd reason my tv stopped supporting .mp4 videos. Last night they were playing, I'm not sure if they were being transcoded before and they suddenly decided to stop. I'm also experiencing audio problems with .mvk files. The sound will stop and start up 2 or 3 seconds later and continue to lag behind the video.

Here is the ffmpeg for the one of the .mp4 file

Can you please tell me which device profile (check the Media Devices dialog if you're not sure) you're using? It's possible that the device profile has changed (we had an issue where device profiles could sometimes change in some certain circumstances), so I'd recommend checking the Media Devices dialog in any case to see what the current profile is.

The first file should be passed through natively - have you tried playing the same file before or just similar MP4s? The MKV will need transcoding (because of the DTS audio stream).

Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then try playing those files and once they fail, stop the server and send the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com?

I've tried replaying the same file along with similar files many times and they just don't work, I'll email the logs as soon as i get the chance.
