Default MP3/SMP-N100 - No supported Files Found

When I attempt to view any of my MP3 file with the SMP-N100, I just get an error that there are no supported files. All the video (.m4v and .mp4) work with out any issue. Am I missing something?

Here is the ffmpeg information from one of my MP3 file:

Can you please tell me which device profile (as per the Media Devices dialog) you are using?

Sorry, I should have included that information. The device profile is set to "Sony BDP (NTSC)".

    Thanks for the quick response!

Ok, as a quick test, can you please change the device profile to "Sony Bravia KDL" and try again to see if MP3 files start working? Please let me know how that goes.

OK, I spoke too soon. After making the profile change, my MP3 will stream, but now my video will not. I get an error that no supported files are found when viewing my video files.

I've gone back and tested each Sony device listed and none of them allow me to stream both MP3 and MP4. Any suggestions? Any timelines when SMP-N100 will be fully supported? They are selling it at Best Buy so there are going to be lots of folks that have it.

The switch to another device profile (Sony Bravia KDL) was only to test MP3s, nothing else

Please send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com with a link to this post and I'll send you a device profile to try. We'll check SMP-N100 as well to see what differences in terms of formats they have.
