    Did you zip up the logs or sent them as-is? If you didn't zip them up, please do that and re-send. It could be that your ISP is blocking larger attachments from getting out.

    ok thanks mate i've been a great help. and by the way those log you just got didn't include the pokemon episode that was screwing up that should arrive later. also did you still want the episode? or wait and see?
