Thread: Having issues with a couple of videos

Default Having issues with a couple of videos

I have a .mkv file that would cause Mezzmo to disconnect and my TV to go back to previous input. I am using a LG 47W5600. I finally got it to start to play and it kept saying loading then skipped to the next movie in my folder. I have a couple of .avi files that will either disconnect or skip to the next movie. I am coming up on the last couple of days of my trial and would like to see if this can be resolved before I buy.

Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then try playing that MKV file again and once it skips to the next file, stop the server and send the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and we'll take a look.

I sent 3 different sets of log files from 3 different video files that I am having issues with. Two .avi files and one .mkv.
