Automatic Transcription?

I have 50 AVI videos in a Mezzmo folder that the software is pointing to. If I go to my television I can see all 50 of these videos listed but I can't watch them because my TV doesn't support AVI files. What triggers the transcription to start because it has been 24 hours and none of them have transcribed themselves yet. I have the latest version of this software.

Nothing has been transcoded since I posted this. Frustrating. I don't even seem to have the option to manually tell it to transcode for a device. Why is that?

Can you please tell me what device you have and which device profile you are using?

An upcoming version of Mezzmo will allow pre-transcoding files, so you'd be able to force transcoding of any file using that, but generally, if the device profile matches your device, then files should be transcoded automatically.
