    1. How do I get subtitles to play?
    2. It seems like after a bit of playing a movie it loads the next movie on the list (only very few seem to play all along).... this known? latest mezzmo version.
    3. How to fast forward?
    4. Custom playlists not showing, only the 'folders' under 'video'

I tought these things worked with samsung d series..

    1) External subtitles should be delivered to your TV and I see them in file descriptions that we send to the TV, but the logs you've attached do not show you playing any of those files. Other files (that you've played in the log) do not have external subtitles or Mezzmo didn't pick them up. Can you please confirm that the movies you've sent the logs for actually have external subtitles?

    2) We can try a patched version of the server that we have here to see if that helps - just send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com mentioning this thread and we'll send it to you.

Also, one of the movies failed to transcode (it's an FFmpeg issue), so perhaps this will be fixed with the latest build of FFmpeg that'll be available with the next Mezzmo update.

    3) Samsung devices do not support fast-forwarding, but you should be able to skip forward/backwards using the right/left buttons on the remote.

    4) To see custom playlists, just move them under the Video playlist in Mezzmo and they'll appear on your TV. I assume you are talking about playlists that are current in the root level of your Library, right?

Each device is different, so if you can see subtitles on one device, it doesn't mean they'll work on another, unfortunately.
