It's not very easy if you just look at the .mzt files, but they do match to the database IDs for files, so you could browse the database using some GUI tool and see what ID matches what.
The other way is of course to go to file Properties in Mezzmo and see the Transcoding tab (if you only want to delete the transcoded file for that specific item).
