Default panasonic G20: DivX native support fails. Error: Can't read file

    Hi
Im getting some issues when playing a avi(DivX) movie. It plays for a few seconds then stalls and returns an error: Cannot read file.
The file plays nicely in win media player.
The Tv is a panasonic g20 which has DivX support so the file isnt being transcoded.
However changing the profile from: panasonic Viera to : panasonic Viera(no DivX) seems to fix the problem. I.e. it plays when the file is transcoded.
I have attached the ffmpeg info below.

    Thanks in advance

It's possible that there's something in that file's encoding that causes the TV to break on it. If you try and copy this file to a USB stick and play it directly on the TV, does it play?

File plays fine on usb stick. Even plays .srt subtitles which btw are lost on transcoding. Is that normal behaviour?(that transcoding removes subtitles)

Panasonic TVs only support external subtitles for AVI files, so if a file is transcoded to something else, the TV won't show the SRTs.

Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then try playing that file using the "Panasonic Viera" device profile (so that the file is not transcoded) and once it fails, stop the server and send the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and we'll see if there's anything we can spot.
