Default request for Veria 2011 plus (No DIVX) profile

    Hello..

I have a 2011 Panasonic Viera. Its the p42S30 model. With Mezzmo 2.4+ i noticed the Viera 2011 profile works pretty well on most files. However any DIVX or XVID files don't play. There is an older Viera (NO Divx) profile that works well in this scenario.

Any chance you guys can make an updated

    Viera 2011 (No Divx) profile??

    Thanks

    Jimmy

    Hello Jimmy,

Does the older Panasonic Viera (No DivX) profile fail in some way on your TV? If it works, then I'd recommend using that.

The only difference is added support for MKV files in 2011 models - does your TV play MKV files if you turn transcoding off?

yeah it plays MKVs just fine. Ill just use the Viera No Divx then. i thought some upgrades were made to the profile for viera 2011 and wanted to use that one.

If your TV plays MKVs natively (basically you'll see "MKV" in the file information on the TV if it does), but doesn't play DivX, then there's no profile that does that. If that's the case, please e-mail support (at) conceiva (dot) com and we'll send you a profile to try.
