DownloadStudio giving error with Firefox 6

Since upgrading to Firefox 6 today I have been getting an error "TypeError: this._nativeWrapper is null" everytime I open Firefox or open a new window.

Disabling DownloadStudio stops the error. It would therefore seem that DS needs updating for Firefox 6. At the rate that Firefox is now updating this is going to get very boring for all of us very soon - especially the extension developers!

We are working on fixing this by changing the DownloadStudio Firefox extension so that it will be compatible with all the Firefox major versions as they are released. We hope to release this possibly next week, until that time we have updated the current Firefox extension so that it will work with Firefox 6. You can download it from http://www.conceiva.com/temp/downloa...loadstudio.zip. To install this extension in Firefox you will need to rename the downloaded file from 'downloadstudio.zip' to 'downloadstudio.xpi' so that Firefox will recognize it as an extension package, then you can drag and drop it onto Firefox to install.

Hi Peter, has the download link been removed. All I get is a blank page.

Any news on this? I am already running Firefox v7 LOL.

Please take a look at this thread for the latest Firefox patch. This patch is designed to work with any version of Firefox.
