Default Media Server could not be registered

I downloaded the trial of Mezzmo and i have been unable to get it to work. I have Windows 7 x86 and every time i try to start the media server it tells me that "The Mezzmo media server could not be registered on your computer". I have a password for windows and i type it in correctly but nothing. I also removed the user password and tried that and it won't go. I have tried run as admin and compatability settings. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Does anyone know how to get this working? It looks like great software but i have been unable to get it work. Thanks in advance.

Please make sure you're specifying the correct user name and password (the user name should be pre-filled for you).

Another thing to check is that the computer name only contains English characters.

Also, do you get any error code in that error message?

Default Media Server could not be registered

Having te same problem as mentioned earlier.

"the Mezzmo media server could not be registered on your computer".

    - First installed trial edition
    - I uninstalled it after getting the error message
    - Installed it again with admin privilege after I disabled virusscanner and comodo firewall
    - Use only English characters, copied my password from notepad so I am sure the correct one was filled...
    - Still cannot register media server

There is no error code, only the message...

Using windows 7 professional on a system that meets the minimum requirements.

    Please help!

Thanks for posting that - yes, running the service in a sandbox will not let it function properly.
