    Unhappy mezzmo help

I have installed a configured Mezzmo Media Server
However when I try to access it on either Samsung TV, Blu-Ray Player, Xbox 360 I can access it but no files appear to be viewed.
I am not sure what else I should be doing
Also no devices appear in the 'Media Devices' window

    Can someone please help me

    Thanks in advance

If no devices appear in the Media Devices dialog it means that the communications are being blocked. Please check this thread for some common issues: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...ur-DLNA-device

If none of those apply or help, please enable logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then restart Mezzmo server and try to access it from one of your devices. Once no files come up, stop the server and send in the logs.

    Hi
    Thanks for the quick reply
I have looked at the common issues for devices not appearing but that did not have any effect.
I have just sent off the logs to the email provided.
Do you know if there is anything else that can be done to try and fix this.
