    Default Philips BDP5200/98 Device Profile

I bought a Philips BD5200/98 BluRay Player with build-in wireless. After installation, I have two problems:
    (1) There is no device profile for the player in Mezzmo. Mezzmo recognized the player as "Marantz BDP". Will there be a profile deicated to the Philips player?
    (2) When connecting the player to my PC and the Mezzmo server, and selecting a video folder, the player only shows a few of the video files only of the many contained in my video folder. On the PC, Mezzmo though shows all the video files. Any comment? Is this a player issue or a Mezzmo issue?
    Would appreciate any support. G

There is no dedicated Philips BDP profile, but please try "Philips HT" and see if that works. Missing files are most likely due to the wrong profile being selected, so the player doesn't recognize some of the files we're trying to send it.

If the "HT" profile doesn't work, please open a support ticket and we'll get this sorted out.
