Default "File not supported" with Mezzom; with Samsung PC Share Manager it works

I've two files that doesn't play on my Samsung LE40c579 when trying to stream them with Mezzmo although Samsung PC Share Manager plays them. Actually it seems that Share Manager has a problem with them too, since it takes 5-10 secons longer than usual to load them, I think it is a problem with some WMV files in general.

For me it doesn't really matter because these are the only WMV files I have but I thought this could be interesting for you, to improve compatibility in general.

Thank you for the file info - can you please try the "Samsung BDP" profile and see if those files play using that profile?

With the BDP profile it works . Has this profile any "handicap" compared to the C-profile or can I use it all the time?

No, no "handicap" in this profile Just use it, as it's better suited for your TV.
