Default Managing devices / changes lost

Well, maybe not. Did I encounter a glitch or does the unregistered version not remember devices and the settings I gave them? It seems to be working now but I know I gave them logical names the other night when I first installed the software. I know I had to pick Samsung A for one and that was lost.

The trial version is the same as the full one. Did anything happen between now and then, such as updating a version of Mezzmo, firmware on your device, changing router settings, etc...? Is the Media Devices dialog empty or still has your devices, just without names you gave them?

No. I set it up last night, played with it, enjoyed it. Tonight after registering, then exit, restart it, I noticed the devices list only showed 1 TV. It was the only one powered up in the house. Turned on the other one and it appeared, with a default name. Then I noticed the first one was B instead of A - which I had to set it to last night so transcoding would take place.

Just turned off the A set and PlayStation, both entries are still in the list with the settings I provided.

The other thing I did this evening was to move the temp and transcoding folders to another location. I think transcoding offered to do a 'move' and I let it.

Not sure where the device data is actually stored.

The Media Devices list should show all devices that ever connected (not only the currently connected ones), so somehow it must have been cleared. Moving your transcoding folder shouldn't affect this.

See if this happens again and please let me know.
