Default MKV Muxed subtitles on Samsung UE32C5800

    Hello

I own a Samsung UE32C5800 and use Mezzmo (which is amazing may I add), But I'm having trouble playing films with the subtitles Muxed into the MKV. The film plays fine but no subtitles and I'm unable to select the option to turn them on.

    Any ideas?

    Joe

    Hello Joe,

Do you know if those files are being transcoded or sent natively to the TV? If natively, then it's up to the TV to decode the subtitles stream and show it to you. If the files are being transcoded, then Mezzmo will drop the subtitle stream during that (for compatibility reasons).

If you are not sure, please enable logging (see this this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then try playing that file again (just for a few seconds), then stop the server and send the logs to support.
