    Default Mezzmo and Panasonic BDT110EB

    Hi guys,

I just downloaded and installed the trail version of Mezzimo but can't get the video to stream to my Panny BDT110EB Blu-ray player. The player can see the files (mkv) on my server but when I try to play them it says "cannot play" on the tv.

I have tried the different Panny profiles but still, nothing.

Any ideas? If I can get the trail working I have no probs purchasing the full version.

    Regards

Please make sure that you are using the "Panasonic BDP" device profile. Also, you'll need to have transcoding turned on, since the BDP doesn't support MKVs natively.

If the above doesn't help, please enable logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then try playing one of the MKV files and once it fails, stop the server and send the logs to support.

Hi - I have the same player as you (not sure about the EB though...) and I'm using the Panny HT profile. Using the BDP profile, fast forward and reverse didn't work on my remote. I have a few MKVs and they take awhile to start, then stop and stutter, on any Panasonic profile. AVIs work fine using the HT profile.

You could also try the "Panasonic Viera (No DivX)" device profile as it seems to work with some Panasonic BDP models. See if it's better than the HT.

Does the BRP need to be restarted? after each change? Mezzmo restarted? Or just the Service?

After changing the device profile, you will need to re-start your Mezzmo server in Mezzmo. Mezzmo prompts you to do this anyway. You should not need to re-start your DLNA device.
