I have 3 Samsung blu ray players 1 bd-d6500 and 2 bd-c5500c

all my movies stream fine to the bdc-c5500c nothing streams to the 6500 they all say no codec available

please help I am looking upgade all my Players to the 6500 but if they dont play anything then this wont work
