Default Panasonic Viera TV 2011 profiles

I have a Panasonic viera TC-P60S30 TV with DLNA. I connect to Mezzmo fine. Mezzmo defaulted to the Panasonic Viera (2011 models) profile, which is correct (TV built Oct 2011). It plays mkv and mp4 files fine, both of which are supported by the set. No avi files play, I get a "cannot read file" error. I changed the profile to Panasonic Viera (2011 models, NTSC), and same thing happened. I then changed the profile to Panasonic Viera (no DIVX), and that works fine. Why don't the 2011 profiles play avi files? All profiles had the transcode incompatible media files checked.

Actually the "NTSC" profile shouldn't contain AVI (they should be transcoded, like in the "No DivX" profile). Please open a support ticket and we'll send you an updated device profile to try.
