Default Pioneer BDP-140 and DivX files

    Hi,

I have new Pioneer Blue ray BDP 140 and Im using Mezzmo for DLNA server. I have some problems with DivX files. I can see them in Mezzmo library but when I run HMG on BDP I just see mkv and mp4 files, but no avi (divx). I have tried with and without conversion with no success. On same machine I have WMC and everything works there.

What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions?

    Thanks for help

    Hi,

Which device profile are you using for the player? Try the "Panasonic Viera (No DivX)" and see if that gets those DivX files to show up.

    Thanks Dennis,

now I can see all video files, but somehowe subtitles are not working. With every movie I have Subtitles Off. Subtitle is in srt format with the same name as avi file, and on Pioneer BDP is set to subtitles show.
What Im I missing now :-).

    Thanks for help

Does the BDP support external subtitles? We'd need to see the logs to check whether we're delivering subtitles to the device. If we are, then it's up to the device to show them or not.
