Default LG BD660 Blu Ray player

Mezzmo has a problem with with subtitles and the LG BD660 . I simply cannot see or find them although I have the LG Bluray device loaded and the .srt in the same directory with the same name..

The LG BD660 comes with Nero Mediahome which does everything Mezzmo does for FREE and the subtitles appear automatically with no input from me. LG and Nero obviously communicated.

I shall leave you to work out your problem with the LG because I shall not be using Mezzmo any more because Nero works and seems to do everything else. I simply thought that you would be interested in finding the solution.

Thanks for letting us know about this. We do want to fix this so if you can help us with a set of logs, then we can fix it for you. Please enable logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then try playing a movie that has a .SRT file on your LG Blu-ray. After it does not display the subtitles, then stop your Mezzmo server and zip up the logs and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
