Thread: MKV Support on SONY BDP 370 (EU Version)

Default MKV Support on SONY BDP 370 (EU Version)

    ello,

i cant get Mezzmo to show MKV Files for my Sony BDP S-370 (German version) via DLNA. Files are not even displayed (using the Sony BDP Pal profile) when browsing to the folder. I would like to use the native support of the sony bdp as I am forced to disable transcoding - Mezzmo runs on a atom WHS 5.2 (acer) box which is too slow for transcoding.

Files play fine via USB. I have tried Serviio and files are displayed and play ok (although FF/RW file results in issues). Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this? File info below.

    Thanks

    U

Please try some of the other Sony BDP device profiles - such as 'Sony BDP (PAL/NTSC, MKV, No DivX)' and 'Sony BDP (PAL, No DivX)'.

If still no success, then please enable logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then try connecting to Mezzmo. When it fails, stop your Mezzmo server and zip up the logs and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Paul's not here at the moment, so can you please send what you had to support and we'll investigate?

Please make sure you're using the latest released Mezzmo v2.5.
