Default Samsung HTS 5500 - problems playing .mkv file

I have been using Mezzmo for a long time without any problems. I have recently tried to play an .mkv file (which I have had no problems playing other mkv files in the past) and it will not play it. I have a Samsung HTS 5500 and using Mezzmo 2.5. I am using the Samsung HTS profile. The video properties are as follows:

    Duration : 1h 30mn
    Overall bit rate : 3 457 Kbps

Can anyone provide some advice or a fix for this? Thanks in advance.

It's possible that the device's firmware player cannot handle this particular file's encoding.

If you have Samsung's software installed, can you try playing this file using that and see if that works?

Also, try to force-transcode this file using the pre-transcoding dialog and see if that gets it going.
