Default Panasonic Viera (2011) Audio problems with Version 2.5

After updating to Version 2.5 I am having problems with the audio. It appears to be related to the digital output from the TV to my Bose home theater system. Audio will play from the TV speakers but not the Bose system on some files, mostly MP4 files, when actually viewing film. The strange thing is all files appear to play through Bose system when in preview screen. This problem developed after upgrading to Version 2.5 as all files played previously. Additionally, music files play through Bose system without a problems.

Can you please right-click on one of those files and post the output of the "Get FFmpeg Information" command? I'd like to check whether the file is sent natively or being transcoded. Also, please confirm that you are using the "Panasonic Viera (2011 models)" device profile, as per the Media Devices dialog.

Thanks for the file info. All of those files need to be transcoded and I guess that's where audio loses sync. Can you please open a support ticket and I'll send you an updated device profile to try.
